Yes. We have 20 million dollars in public liability Insurance. We can produce a certificate of currency if needed.

 

On the scheduled day we will come out and set up the castle at the desired location. We will run through the operation of the castle and advise on all safety guidelines that must be adhered to. At the nominated time we will pick up the castle.

 

Our medium castles (4m x 4m), will hold up to 360kg's (8-10 kids max., up to 12 y.o), and the large castle will hold up too 500kg's (6-10 kids max., up to 16 y.o).

 

Depending on which castle you choose the minimum amount of space required is 5m x 5m. If you are unsure, one of our team members will be happy to come out and measure up at no charge.

 

All our castles meet Australian standards AS 3533.4-2005. Our electrical equipment has emergency cut off switches and is tagged and tested, and we provide mats around the entrance of the castle. So while our equipment is safe, the onus is on you as the hirer to observe all safety guidelines and to ensure a responsible adult is there to supervise whenever the castle is in use.

 

It depends on how heavy the rain is. The children safety has to come first. If it is light rain, we will call on the day of delivery and let you make the decision. If you decide not to proceed there are no costs incurred, but once you have decided to take delivery of the castle and bad weather stops you using it, there will be no refund.

 

Our medium castles are for children 12 and under, where our large castle will cater for teens.

All payments are Cash on Delivery or Cheque. You will be required to pay the attendant on the day before set up.

 

Yes. We can set up on concrete, artificial grass as long as we are made aware so we can secure weights for the set up.
