Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits can be redeemed at a later date in the event that you need to cancel for any reason. If Bouncing Giggles cancel due to unsafe weather conditions a full refund can be given or credit can be used for a rescheduled date.

Cancellations

​

All bookings made have 24 hours to cancel from date of making the booking for a full refund. After that there are no refunds. Credit will be given to use at a later booking date

Customer error

​

If a booking has been made and the customer has not measured the correct space. No refunds will be given on deposits or full payments.
